Heron's identified the original problem, then helped me to fix it, then also advised on service and occasional use - the whole prcoess was seamless and reminiscent of times gone by when service counted. Their young lady Sam was contacted by telephone using the conventional method of ringing a number and speaking to a human being, at no stage did I have to press 1 for accounts or 2 for service or 3 for complaints or 4 for gardening advice and I wasn't expected to complete a 4 page questonnaire at the end of the call.
In future if I have any gas/boiler problems I will be contacting Sam at Heron.
