I contacted the company about the fitting of a wall mounted air conditioner and heat pump. Bob Heron came to do a site visit and discussed my needs. An estimate was promptly sent to me. I
decided to go ahead with the work so contacted the company. One of the team, Sam, kept in regular contact with me during the whole process of accepting the estimate to completion and billing. Sam responded quickly to any emails I sent her and was always very helpful.

Heron’s identified the original problem, then helped me to fix it, then also advised on service and occasional use – the whole prcoess was seamless and reminiscent of times gone by when service counted. Their young lady Sam was contacted by telephone using the conventional method of ringing a number and speaking to a human being, at no stage did I have to press 1 for accounts or 2 for service or 3 for complaints or 4 for gardening advice and I wasn’t expected to complete a 4 page questonnaire at the end of the call.

In future if I have any gas/boiler problems I will be contacting Sam at Heron.

“I first approached Heron’s when we required an urgent electrician site visit and our usual contractors were unable to attend at the time, Heron’s were able to arrange an immediate call out and they had an engineer on site within 30 minutes, their engineers were able to quickly resolve the issue, limiting downtime for production.
